BullDawg Trainer Terms and Onboarding Terms

These Trainer Terms apply to any user who creates or maintains a trainer account, offers services, accepts session requests, receives payouts, subscribes to trainer plans, or otherwise uses BullDawg as a trainer.

1. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent service provider and not an employee, partner, agent, franchisee, or representative of BullDawg. You control whether to offer services, what services to offer, your pricing, your availability, and whether to accept a request, subject to BullDawg policies and product rules.

You are solely responsible for how you perform services, your interactions with guardians and participants, and compliance with laws, permits, certifications, insurance obligations, and tax rules applicable to your activities.

2. Eligibility and Onboarding

To use BullDawg as a trainer, you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• provide accurate and complete profile, identity, payout, and compliance information;
• maintain any required payout account and payment-provider setup;
• complete any background-check, identity, or compliance flow BullDawg requires;
• promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.

BullDawg may deny, suspend, or remove trainer access if onboarding, background-check, compliance, safety, or policy requirements are not satisfied.

3. Profiles, Services, Pricing, and Availability

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, credentials, service descriptions, rates, locations, and availability. You may offer only services you are legally and practically able to perform.

You must honor bookings you accept unless cancellation is reasonably necessary. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, inaccurate availability, unsafe conduct, or misleading profile content may lead to reduced visibility, booking limits, suspension, or removal.

4. Subscription Plans

BullDawg currently offers trainer subscription options that may include the following:

• Trainer Free: currently intended for limited use and configured for up to 5 sessions per month.
• Trainer Pro Monthly: currently priced at $29.99 per month.
• Trainer Pro Yearly: currently priced at $299.99 per year.

Plan features may include, depending on the plan BullDawg makes available at the time, waitlist access, higher search placement, expanded booking limits, and other marketplace tools.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the billing tools BullDawg makes available, including Stripe-hosted customer portal tools where applicable. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by BullDawg, cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically create a prorated refund for the current billing period.

BullDawg may change plan pricing, features, limits, or availability on a prospective basis.

5. Stripe Connect, Billing, and Payouts

BullDawg uses third-party providers, including Stripe, to support session payments, subscriptions, receipts, refunds, and trainer payout workflows.

You authorize BullDawg and its providers to:

• create and maintain payout-related records and connected-account tooling;
• process subscription charges and related billing events;
• deliver payouts to the account you designate, subject to holds, delays, reversals, provider rules, and dispute handling;
• provide transaction records and receipts through BullDawg or third-party provider tools.

Payout timing is not guaranteed. BullDawg may delay, offset, reverse, or withhold payouts where reasonably necessary for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud prevention, risk review, compliance, policy enforcement, or provider requirements.

6. Session Fees and Pricing

Guardians are charged the trainer's listed session price plus BullDawg's separate platform fee disclosed at checkout. The current session platform fee terms are described on the BullDawg Fees page.

You understand that payment providers, banks, or connected-account services may impose additional fees, reserves, holds, or verification requirements under their own terms.

7. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds

The BullDawg Refund Policy is incorporated into these Trainer Terms. You agree that:

• trainer-initiated cancellations of paid sessions may trigger a full refund to the guardian if payout processing has not started;
• guardian cancellations made within 24 hours of the session do not automatically create a refund, but BullDawg may allow the trainer to issue a discretionary partial refund;
• guardian no-show or late-cancel situations may still leave the trainer eligible for payout under BullDawg's rules and timing logic;
• trainer no-show reports may place the session into dispute review and may delay payout or lead to reversal or other enforcement action.

8. Safety, Minors, and Conduct

You must interact appropriately with minors and guardians at all times and comply with BullDawg's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable law.

You may not:

• engage in harassment, discrimination, abuse, or retaliation;
• make false safety, identity, or credential claims;
• circumvent BullDawg's payment, waitlist, or booking rules;
• use BullDawg to facilitate unlawful activity;
• record or distribute identifiable images, video, or audio of a minor participant without guardian consent except where required for safety, legal, or incident-reporting reasons.

BullDawg may store communications sent through the Platform and may review them when reasonably necessary for support, trust and safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.

9. Taxes and Insurance

You are solely responsible for your taxes, tax filings, licenses, permits, business registrations, insurance, and any other obligations arising from your training activities or payouts you receive.

10. Suspension and Removal

BullDawg may suspend, restrict, or terminate your trainer account, remove your profile from search, cancel plan access, or limit your ability to accept or complete bookings if BullDawg reasonably believes you present safety, fraud, legal, compliance, operational, or reputational risk or have violated BullDawg policies or these Trainer Terms.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Trainer Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Trainer Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
