This Refund Policy describes how BullDawg currently handles cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and related payment outcomes for sessions booked through the Platform.
If there is a conflict between this policy and a shorter in-app message or promotional statement, this policy controls.
If a guardian cancels a paid session more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, BullDawg currently processes a refund of the paid session amount excluding the BullDawg platform fee, so long as trainer payout processing has not already started.
Stated differently:
If a guardian cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, BullDawg does not currently provide an automatic refund.
In that situation:
BullDawg does not currently guarantee a 50% refund for cancellations inside 24 hours.
If a trainer cancels a paid session and trainer payout processing has not already started, BullDawg currently processes a full refund of the amount paid for the session, including the BullDawg platform fee.
If payout processing has already started, support handling may be required.
Joining a waitlist or holding an approved but unpaid session does not by itself create a paid refund entitlement. If no payment was captured, there is nothing to refund.
If a guardian believes a trainer did not appear, the guardian must report the no-show through the Platform during the report window BullDawg makes available. BullDawg currently allows no-show reporting from the scheduled session start time until 2 hours after the scheduled start time.
Trainer no-show reports do not automatically trigger an immediate refund. Instead, the session may enter dispute review, and BullDawg may investigate before deciding refund, payout, reversal, or other enforcement outcomes.
If a guardian or participant does not attend a session and no discretionary refund is granted, BullDawg may still treat the session as payable to the trainer under the Platform's timing and payout rules.
BullDawg does not currently guarantee a refund for guardian no-show or missed-session situations.
If a user files a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or card issuer, BullDawg may investigate, contest the dispute, submit records, delay payouts, reverse funds where permitted, or take related account action consistent with Platform rules and provider requirements.
Even after a refund is initiated, the time for funds to appear depends on Stripe, card networks, and the user's financial institution. BullDawg does not control those external timelines.
