BullDawg Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BullDawg collects, uses, shares, and stores information when you use the BullDawg mobile app, website, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account and profile information

• name, email address, phone number, and login credentials;
• user type, profile details, and account preferences;
• trainer profile content such as biography, sports, positions, experience, service offerings, training locations, rates, availability, and related media;
• guardian and participant information you choose to provide, including athlete profile details.

Contact, address, and location information

• mailing or service addresses you provide;
• exact latitude and longitude derived from address geocoding when an address is created or updated;
• session-related location data you choose to provide when checking in or reporting a trainer no-show.

Booking and payment information

• session requests, approvals, waitlist activity, cancellations, messages, disputes, and booking history;
• Stripe customer, checkout, payment, refund, and payout-related identifiers and metadata;
• trainer subscription status and related billing records.

Compliance and verification information

• trainer onboarding and payout information;
• background check and related compliance status information from BullDawg and third-party providers.

Device, usage, and diagnostic information

• device identifiers, push notification tokens, app version information, crash or diagnostic logs, request metadata, and similar operational information.

Communications

• messages sent through BullDawg tools, support communications, and related metadata such as timestamps, participants, and delivery context.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• create and manage accounts;
• display profiles and service offerings;
• match guardians with trainers and surface search results;
• process session requests, waitlists, bookings, cancellations, disputes, payments, subscriptions, refunds, and payouts;
• geocode addresses and support distance-based discovery;
• support check-in, no-show reporting, and session administration;
• send service, security, legal, and support communications;
• investigate fraud, abuse, safety incidents, policy violations, or disputes;
• operate, improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Platform;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information:

• with other users as needed to facilitate the marketplace, such as profile details, session details, and limited communication information;
• with service providers that help us operate the Platform;
• with payment and payout providers, including Stripe;
• with background check and compliance providers, including Yardstik;
• with hosting, infrastructure, messaging, storage, logging, and support vendors;
• when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the Platform;
• in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, or similar business transaction.

4. Service Providers and Platform Tools

BullDawg currently relies on third-party services that may process information on our behalf, including:

• Stripe for payment processing, subscriptions, receipts, refunds, and payout tooling;
• AWS services for infrastructure, push notification delivery support, configuration, and document storage;
• SendGrid for email delivery;
• Google services for address geocoding and related location processing;
• Apple and Google platform services for mobile push notifications and device operations;
• Yardstik for trainer background-check workflows.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices in addition to ours.

5. Messages, Safety, and Monitoring

Messages and communications sent through BullDawg tools may be stored by BullDawg. We may review communications and related metadata when reasonably necessary for customer support, trust and safety, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or policy enforcement.

6. Minors

BullDawg is designed for guardians acting on behalf of minors or other participants. Guardians are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit about minors and for ensuring they have authority to provide that information and agree to applicable terms and waivers.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and protect the safety and integrity of users and the Platform.

8. Choices and Requests

Depending on your relationship with BullDawg and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain account information.

You may:

• update profile and account details in the app where those tools are available;
• request account deletion through available in-app account tools; or
• contact us at amrieger@bullware.solutions for privacy-related questions or requests.

We may keep information that we are legally required to retain or that is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, safety, accounting, tax, or legal compliance.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Platform after the updated policy is posted means you accept the revised policy.
