BullDawg Community Guidelines

BullDawg is built for youth-training relationships that should feel safe, respectful, and trustworthy. These Community Guidelines apply to guardians, trainers, participants, and anyone using BullDawg.

1. Put Safety First

  • Treat every participant, guardian, trainer, and staff member with respect.
  • Do not threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not engage in discrimination, hate speech, sexual misconduct, grooming behavior, or abusive conduct.
  • Follow age-appropriate, lawful, and professional boundaries at all times.

2. Protect Minors

  • Guardians are responsible for booking on behalf of minors and for providing accurate participant information.
  • Trainers must behave appropriately around minors and comply with all BullDawg safety expectations and applicable law.
  • Do not request or share inappropriate content involving minors.

3. Be Honest

  • Use your real identity and accurate contact, profile, pricing, scheduling, and compliance information.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent credentials, affiliations, experience, or background-check status.
  • Do not submit false reports, fake reviews, or fraudulent booking or payment activity.

4. Keep Payments and Booking Activity on the Platform

  • Do not use BullDawg to evade platform fees, payout rules, safety review, waitlist handling, or dispute processes.
  • Do not pressure other users to move session payments off-platform in order to avoid BullDawg rules or charges.

5. Respect Privacy and Consent

  • Do not share another person's private information without authorization.
  • Do not record or distribute identifiable audio, images, or video of a minor participant without guardian consent except where required for safety, legal, or incident-reporting reasons.
  • Use BullDawg communications responsibly and only for legitimate Platform-related purposes.

6. No Illegal or Harmful Use

  • Do not use BullDawg for unlawful activity or to facilitate unsafe activity.
  • Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Platform, or misuse data from the Platform.
  • Do not use BullDawg to harass, scam, extort, or defraud users.

7. Communications May Be Reviewed

BullDawg may store communications and related metadata sent through the Platform and may review them when reasonably necessary for support, trust and safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or policy enforcement.

8. Enforcement

BullDawg may remove content, warn users, restrict messaging or booking access, cancel features, suspend or terminate accounts, refer matters to payment providers, or contact law enforcement or other authorities when BullDawg reasonably believes it is necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.
